Availability: We book schools in the fall (September-mid November) and the spring (mid-March to end of May). Schools arrive on Mondays for three or five day programs or Wednesdays for three day programs.

Chaperones: Regardless of student age we require one adult chaperone for every 15 students. We leave chaperone selection to individual schools with the expectation that the chaperones will come prepared to participate in all of our activities. They do not need to have any experience snorkeling but they must get in the water with their group of students. The first three chaperones and each chaperone in a one to ten chaperone/student ratio pay 50% of the student rate. Any additional chaperones pay the full rate. The group leader holds a chaperone meeting prior to the trip to review chaperone responsibilities and expectations. We provide guidelines for that meeting. Your school may have other requirements.

Transportation: Our office will arrange for boat transportation between San Pedro and Catalina. Transportation costs vary based on the size of the group and can range from $45 per person to $75 per person. We will work closely with you and the boat companies to secure the best rate possible. Transportation between your school and San Pedro is the school's responsibility to coordinate.

Cost: View the cost for our three and five day program fees. The first three chaperones and each chaperone in a one to ten chaperone/student ratio pay 50% of the student rate. Any additional chaperones pay the full rate. The fees include housing, meals, instruction, equipment and a t-shirt for every student.
